I ordered directly from Uncharted Supply Co., because I wanted the paracord to match everything else I bought (tow strap and empire knife). The paracord was marked as shipped, but was missing from my order. Customer Service responded quickly and shipped me a replacement, but I was somewhat surprised to receive an orange 100 ft. Amazon Basics paracord that I could have purchased for $3 less directly from Amazon.
Yes, it's 100 ft of 550 type 2 paracord...but I would have rather had a refund than the wrong color from Amazon...just sayin'.
3 stars for addressing the problem quickly and ordering me a replacement from Amazon. If you had ordered me a red one I'd have given you 4 stars.
