The Slishman Pressure Wrap was created to make applying a tourniquet or pressure bandage simpler for an untrained user. The Slishman can also be more easily applied one-handed, allows a much broader application use as a pressure bandage for a more longitudinal arm or leg laceration, and allows for placement of gauze underneath. It can even be used to secure a splint in the event of a fracture.

In addition to the extensive selection of first aid items, the First Aid Pro contains CPR instructions to support your first aid training in the case of any on-the-go emergency.
Inside the First Aid Pro, you will find a personal space section. It’s a meshed area with a zipper that allows you to include specific items or additional first aid contents suitable for your own personal needs.
Add your own insect repellent and sunscreen, or include some personal medications, blister packs or a couple of extra bandages – it’s entirely up to you.

I wanted a dedicated IFAK that could be mounted in my FJ80 Land Cruiser and be readily available. The rip-away panel allows this to be grabbed in an instant and be useful. It’s one of those things you hope you never use but glad to have when you need it.

Nice base first aid kit. The scissors are nice to see in this basic pack as are the splinter removers. The labeling makes it easier to find what you need when under stress. The reason this not a 5 is not that it doesn't include a tourniquet. That's easy to solve. However, the missing star is due to not being molle compatible. The belt look is OK, but molle would make this much easier to attach to the outside of a tactical pack.

Christmas presents for grandkids that drive. They are organized and easy to get to first aid supplies. Hopefully they won’t need to use it but I feel better that the are prepared if something happens
