This product, fulfilled by Ready Pantry and not Uncharted themselves, arrived with one of the bags damaged and contents spilled inside the container. When contacted for a replacement, they replied that they cannot replace individual bags of meals, nor could they swap the product for an undamaged one since it the container had been opened (even though opening was the only way to tell if anything inside was damaged). They offered to refund $2 on an $80 product and refused other requests.
