The last couple of winters have been spent avoiding crowds and staying in when possible, in order to reduce the spread of COVID. This year, the CDC is expecting an increase in cold and flu cases, as our bodies haven't built up the immunity we normally have by the time the holidays hit.
So keep washing your hands, stay hydrated at all times, and slurp down mom's homemade soup when you get sick (but don't tell her it really won't help).
